Paul Clarke

Paul has been working in Financial Services since 1989. He started his career with Manufacturers Life of Canada, which became Manulife Financial. He was employed as a Financial Adviser and Assistant Branch Manager utilising his management qualifications gained in a previous occupation, at the Edgbaston Branch in Birmingham. In 1995 Canada Life took over Manulife Financial.

After being a successful and high-profile adviser with Canada Life, he left to work with Mandy Fencott as an Independent Financial Adviser with a local direct reporting IFA practice in 2001.

In January 2003 Paul & Mandy set up Clarke Fencott Consultants, who were a direct reporting practice to the FSA. In January 2010 the legal status was changed to Clarke Fencott LLP. Via his advanced qualifications, Paul has met the required standards demanded by the FSA for the changes coming in from January 2013 (RDR). In 2007 he was awarded the Scottish Equitable merit award for retirement options.
